Enoch is a small, family-owned winery and distillery with a tradition that dates back to 1972. Rooted in the heart of our vineyards, we proudly produce both authentic grape rakija and handcrafted wines, honoring techniques that have been passed down through generations.
we create several types of pure grape rakija, including distilled and double-distilled varieties, and wines which have earned high recognition at international competitions.
Our products are made using traditional copper stills and time-honored artisanal methods. The distillation process is carefully controlled to ensure purity, flavor depth, and the removal of any undesired or harmful substances. Afterward, they are aged following exclusive family recipes, resulting in a smooth taste, rich aroma, and a truly hedonistic experience.
